Valve refurbishment
Industrial Compressors LLC was the first company in Ukraine to offer its customers a service for the refurbishment of PET air compressor valves 20 years ago. By choosing this service, the client saves 40-60% of the total cost of new valves, which is quite a rational and profitable decision. The restored valves are guaranteed for up to 8,000 hours of uninterrupted operation of the PET air compressor, with proper operation for a period of up to 12 months.
Processing
All valves are dismantled. After they have been sandblasted and their seats have been machined in our CNC lathe machine, the interior parts are replaced with new ones and the valves are re-assembled.
Quality Control
Each valve is tested thoroughly on special testing equipment to ensure that all valves meet the requirements set by the manufacturer. After testing, valves are placed in air-tight packing to avoid corrosion and any other harmful effects.
